I recently purchased the TOPENS RK700T, and I am extremely satisfied with it. The product is excellent, very well-built and offered at a very reasonable price. Installation was straightforward, thanks to the clear instruction manual and the inclusion of all necessary accessories. I also paired it with the TC196 WiFi Remote Control and the TKP3 Wireless Keypad, both of which are very useful and easy to set up. What truly stood out to me was TOPENS’ customer service. They are incredibly professional, reliable, responsive, and genuinely supportive. It’s clear they care about their customers and go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience. I had a very pleasant experience with TOPENS and would not hesitate to do business with them again. I highly recommend them to my family, friends, and anyone looking for a quality gate opener and exceptional service.

Bought this to replace unbranded gate opener which went faulty and replaced by same product which went faulty a second time. Straight away you can see the quality of this gate opener compared to the others. Installed and works perfectly with no issues. The magnetic limit switch with soft start and close is superb as it doesn't jolt the gate as it closes and opens. More expensive than unbranded but you get what you pay for. Would definitely recommend.

Good product. Easy to install and when contacted about gear slippage Zach sent the new metal gear wheel and it has operated perfectly since.

I opted for the TOPENS RK700T as it looked very neat and good quality and a keen price. Two extra things were also very interesting, they offered a parts service and an after sales service, as it happened I needed both, I needed extra track and fixings so I contacted the after sales team and a lovely lady called Heidi got in touch responding the very same morning,she gave me all the information on both track and fixings which were perfect. I fitted the whole system in less than three hours with no problems at all. Heidi kept in touch for the whole process and was very concerned to give the best service possible which I found very helpful indeed. I would totally recommend this product. I have never fitted an electric gate system before which I thought would be challenging but the system was very clearly explained in the instructions and with Heidi’s support and input throughout was very helpful and reassuring.

Won’t move a 400kg fence Without breaking the gears. Ordered unit 1, returned as motor noisy. Received 2nd the next day, exactly the same issue. Spend more, buy a decent quality motor.

We combined several Topens products to complete our sliding gate project including the RK700t motor, the robust RNH4 Heavy Duty Gear Rack, several stylish remotes, the TC175 wired keypad. All the items are good quality and match seamlessly providing an optimum solution for a heavy weight sliding door. We would highly recommend this off the shelf kit and are pleased with the low price solution we have achieved without any previous knowledge or experience as the products are simple to install.

Worked for 4 years before suddenly breaking, upon inspection the inner cog had snapped in half, turns out it is made of plastic… functions well when it works, instructions were easily followed and it fits to the ground well, security is ok but could be better, it is easily opened and can be manually opened with the key or pliers which is not great!

I can’t explain how good this is for the price! I have had a gate opener for some years and isn’t cheap! A full system around £1000 minimum! Which I have had many issues with over time! This for £99 is epic! Any mediocre DIYer can fit this! The instructions tell you everything you need to know and setup is very simple. I’ve used this to replace my existing one and very happy to report that it’s fantastic! Only had it a couple of days but cannot fault it! I’ve not needed to ring support but from other reviews I believe they are very good and happy to help! The only thing is that would take it to the next level would be an intercom add on but apart from that cannot fault it!!!

Istruzioni poco chiare ed in inglese. Puleggia dentata il plastica. Impossibilità di programmare i 2 telecomandi. Ho perso 2 giornate nel tentativo di farlo funzionare. Veramente pessimo.

Tuve un problema con la instalación del motor y el servicio técnico me ha ayudado y dado soporte hasta que hemos conseguido hacer funcionar perfectamente, les estoy muy agradecido.

Acheté pour mon portail le moteur na jamais fonctionné car il est deja en court circuit avant le branchement. Me disant que c'est un problème isolé jai acheté un deuxième et , rebelote le meme court circuit entre la phase et le neutre. Je demande le remboursement de mes deux moteurs ....

La relación calidad precio es muy buena, muy fácil de instalar. Lo único el manual esta en inglés. Y trae dos mandos. Ahora voy a comprar alguno más.
