They provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond by offering me a brand-new replacement in a different style. I chose the Seahorse design, and it looks great and works perfectly in my kitchen. It is rare to find such dedicated support, and I highly recommend this shop for their unique products and quality care. ---Original Review--- I really wanted to love this paper towel holder because the turtle design is absolutely beautiful and looks great on my counter. Unfortunately, the assembly process was a major headache. The main issue was connecting the pole to the base. The screw provided simply would not catch or screw in properly. I couldn't tell if the screw itself was too short or if the threading inside the pole was faulty, but it just wouldn't secure. Luckily, I’m a bit of a DIYer and had a longer screw on hand that I was able to use to get it attached. Even with the better hardware, however, the pole still wobbles a bit when I'm pulling off a towel. If you don't mind potentially having to find your own hardware to make it work, it's a lovely decorative piece. But for the price, I expected the parts to fit together correctly out of the box.
