Wouldn’t say it’s matte
Works great as a setting spray but doesn’t make my makeup matte at all. Had to still use a powder to make everything matte.

Very satisfied
For the price, this stuff is great. I just got home from an 8 hour shift in a physical job and rubbed my face to test it and very minimal makeup was on my fingers. I was worried because I saw the review that someone had a reaction to it so I tested it on my inner arm before using on my face; I have psorisis and skin allergies and it has not cause any reaction, so I reccomend testing on a small area first, but its been great for me.
