How do i get the full costume

My husband bought the hat and got a cowboy duster

Does mouth open and close

No it does not, however I cut a slit in the mouth area of the mask and it did provide a little more realism

I have a head circumference of about 25” with my hair, could this go over my head without it being too snug?

I have long thick hair and I put it in a bun and mask still was loose on my head. I don't know my head circumference, so I guess it should be okay. It was a hit when I was him about 4 years ago.

Does it fit a kid thats 13 years old ?

I'm 32 with a hat size 7 n a half n this mask is huge on me...
