After I charged each battery up fully they give me about 20 minutes or so per battery. After a while of holding the weedeater my arms do start to get tired. After my first usage with it, my hands and fingers were shaking. I ordered myself some vibration reduction gloves to help me with that. I haven't had to change out the spool yet. I have used the weedeater 3 times so far and I am pleased. I did reach out to the company to see if I could buy additional batteries. But the email that I found wasn't a working email. It kicked back to me. My husband has lots of craftsman battery powered tools but those batteries don't fit. I may have to just buy an additional weedeater at the sale price to get two more batteries. Easily handling edging and clean up around trees & signs etc. It is very easy to reset the cable as it gets used, the cable is also stronger than expected. I can go about 20min per battery per charge. Adjusting the settings on the fly is a breeze.
