I have a hard time doing anything on a real schedule but this bottle and dropper is super convenient to use, I keep it right on the fridge and either put a drop in water when I eat, sometimes I even put a drop in my cereal milk. Love! The most easy way to take D3/K2. No taste. I drop it under my tongue, hold for a minute, and swallow. So easy. Don't forget to take magnesium with it. Directions say once a day. I use morning and night. Dr. Wants my D levels up!
