Fit perfectly into my daughters shoes after she broker her foot allowing her to still move around and practice in some of her dance classes. Perfect quality and stability.

These insoles are very firm, not bendable, which was what we wanted. Trying to correct tippy toe walking. It does help, along with good shoes. Still have to remind her to walk on her heels.

These under an insole with good arch support helped my 8 year old with toe walking.

These did not hold up as well as I was hoping. Purchased to help my daughter to stop toe walking, but she was able to continue, even with the insoles.

Definitely size down - I ordered the size my son wears in shoes and it does not fit into his shoe (since it can't be manipulated). I almost think I would need to size down 2 sizes or get my child specialty shoes to fit them. Luckily, I had some slippers he could try them it and it did stop him from toe walking! He wasn't very comfortable in them though, because his foot was on top of it (they are supposed to go under the sole, which we couldn't do). Overall, I think they are durable, but we can't use them since they won't go in a shoe.
