In my opinion the best flavour electrolytes from Hunter & Gather range. I take in the evening, helps me sleep and stops leg cramps.

Don’t travel without them!!
When I travel I tend to sweat a lot. So first thing in the morning I take a Hunter & Gather Restore sachet in water. It helps keep my body salt, ECT. where they should be and reduces potential to cramp.
