A great product easy to fit except the bolt was to short for our gate post so had to buy a longer one. But it was easy to fit and is excellent and super easy to use with no fiddly catches just lift and flip back with one hand We have it on our orchard gate where our hens live so easy to negotiate the gate one handed now with this excellent latch thank you

Everything about this shouts strength and longevity. I think the gates will fall off their hinges and the wood rot before this shows any signs of age. It is, and does, exactly what it should do. It was purchased to make it nigh on impossible for a toddler to open a gate and get onto the road. Admittedly our gates are five foot plus high so they would need to grow extremely long arms to have a hope of opening them. It has given security and peace of mind and also stops any rattling of our double gates in windy weather.

This thing looked smart and seems pretty strong but I got it because I thought it would not rust. Been on the gate a month and it’s started to rust already.

The item was supplied by MKKBtrading and delivered by Amazon Logistics. Delivery was made ahead of schedule so good serive from that point of view but the packaging was only adequate. However the hitch itsself is poorly made with rough and untidy welds, the hole for the coach bolt was porly struck so the bolt did not fit correctly and the galvanising looks poor quality and came with a number of chipped areas where it had already flaked off. The price was consistent with other suppliers in the market, but by no means the cheepest, however I think whatever the price the item should at least be sound in the first place. Thinking of the planet and becuase I needed to use the hitch imediately did not try to return it, so I made good the defective hole and will fix what ever rust sets in when it occurs. Overall I am disapointed in the product and would not recommendit.
