Great flavour fairly low carbohydrate snack
In small quantities these are a great snack on a keto diet, good for getting some fibre. I like plain peanuts as well but it's nice to get some more interesting flavours sometimes, salty with a nice kick. The bag is resealable and seal works well for keeping the remaining contents safe Very good value when on offer and they are quite regularly on offer both in-store and on Amazon and Amazon Fresh.
