Taste is yucky , for me at least . Product seems to work well but takes time to get your system to get use to it. I think it works well so I ordered 2 more bottles . Well been on it now a few months , ordered 3 more bottles , have suggested to friends and now they buy it as well . We all want to get off prescription drugs for sleeping ,

Great product and a good night sleep
I like this melatonin version a lot. It acts quickly and leaves no groggy morning. The flavor isn’t amazing but is palatable with a quick rinse of water.

Incredible product
My husband has trouble sleeping and I had this on hand for him to try and he felt the effects immediately. Not only did he feel relaxed for sleep, he said his entire body felt amazing. Thank you thank you. I also take it but only need 1/4 dropper and I sleep so deep and I don’t wake up groggy.

Sleep hangover
Taste is manageable. Not pleasant by any means but I can get over that quickly. This particular melatonin is strong. So much that I have a sleepy hangover in the morning. Will have to try half the recommended dose and see if that eases up on the hard mornings. Otherwise it does as it should. Maybe a little too well
