It works fine I just wish the top that holds that water was designed differently because it is so difficult to remove. I have to use gloves or ask my husband to open it for me. Maybe it will become easier to open the more it's used. Does a good job steaming my Tiled Kitchen and Entry floor. The steamer takes time to warm up. Make sure you press on the floor button for increased steam. I don't think it is constructed well and I doubt it will last long.
