My skin seems a lot more hydrated and less dry overall. I've also noticed a slight boost in my energy levels, which is a nice bonus. It's pretty easy to incorporate into my daily routine, i just squirt some in my morning coffee daily. Definitely a good addition to my wellness regimen so far! It has about no smell. I wish they would keep their 40 oz one in stock more. That's the only reason for 4 star because this one seems to cost more for less, i love the more value bigger bottle with clear to see oil. I use to get it at costco, but haven't been seeing it there

It has a slight coconut flavor, but it is not overpowering. The consistency in the jar seems kind of odd, but once you blend it into a drink, it just disappears. It seems to be an excellent source of fiber. The MCT used is C8 and C10, which are said to be the most effective variants.

I purchased this product when I wasn't able to get my usual brand via Amazon. It's a good product and very creamy in my coffee. I recommend this product if you are looking for a cream alternative, although I also used cream myself.

Product was nicely packaged but cap broke on first opening. It's impossible to pour a small quantity with the broken cap and result in an oily mess most of the time. Currently using tape to close the cap, hoping this does not affect quality of the oil.
