I snagged these Brooks Men’s Adrenaline GTS 23 GTX Waterproof Supportive Running Shoes for my high school grandson, who’s deep into cross country season, and they’ve been an absolute revelation on those muddy, rainy trails! At 16, he’s logging serious miles—practices twice a day, meets every weekend—and his old sneakers were leaving him with blisters and soaked feet after every downpour. These bad boys, with their Gore-Tex waterproof membrane, kept him bone-dry through a full week of relentless Northwest rain, no leaks or sogginess in sight. The GuideRails support system is a genius touch for overpronators like him; it gently nudges his stride back to neutral without feeling restrictive, cutting down on that post-run knee twinge he used to complain about. The fit is spot-on—true to size with a roomy toe box that accommodates his growing feet, and the segmented crash pad delivers that plush, responsive ride over roots and uneven terrain. He loves the breathable mesh upper (even when wet) and the grippy outsole that bites into slick leaves like nobody’s business. Weighing in light at about 10 ounces, they don’t bog him down during tempo runs, and the DNA Loft v3 cushioning absorbs impacts like a dream, keeping his energy high for those final sprint finishes. We’ve washed them a few times already (easy peasy in the machine), and they look brand new—no fading, no wear. Coach even noticed his improved form and asked what changed—credit these shoes! If you’re outfitting a young cross country star battling the elements, these are a no-brainer investment. My grandson’s PRs are dropping, and he’s grinning ear-to-ear. These are my fourth pair of this exact model over the years. One of the most durable and stylish shoes I've ever wore in my life, blow away anything on the market. I get compliments regularly when I wear these, they're fully waterproof and they hold up, I have worn these during blizzards in Wisconsin with -15 degree temps and I have worn these during 100° humid rainy days in the Caribbean while hiking in the jungle, I have used them for gym training, I have used them for hiking, and I've also used them as just daily work shoes (realtor and property manager) no matter where I am in the world or what the weather is that day these things hold up and keep your feet dry! You can easily do 5 to 600 miles in these with full support. Because of this particular model, I have ventured out and tried other Brooks models that also have Gore-Tex. They're all good, but this is my personal favorite pair in terms of style, durability and overall functional uses.

I've run 9 half marathons and I've tried all the new shoe brands as they've come on the market and people have said "you should try them." Every time I've gone back to the Brooks Adrenaline. I have bad feet, and they are by far the most comfortable shoes I've run in. Their weight is good for a stability shoe. I love the abundance of colors they make available for this shoe. If I'm being honest, I have 2 pairs of them in my closet waiting for the current pair to wear out. I love these shoes.

I have been a Brooks fan since my first pair, and I really appreciate the waterproofing on the GTX models. I was sold when I saw the video of Jeremy Renner running in a pair of Brooks, post accident. This is the first pair I've had that were a little tight in the toe box. I did not notice this until I'd worn them for several hours yesterday and today. Same size as my Brooks Cascadias, but these Adrenalines are a little snug. Wearing a pair of the Cascadia's now, and I feel much better. Let's see if the Adrenalines break in a little as I accumulate more steps in them. Later on: time in the shoess did the trick. The toe box seems roomier now, and the shoes are great. Actually wore them long enough yesterday to get cold. Our temp is below freezing now. Soon, winter will actually start. Glad Brooks GTXs are waterproof and sure footed in the snow.

Absolutely love these! My second pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23 and size 12 fits like it was made for me. Super comfortable on runs, great support, and the cushioning stays smooth even on longer mileage days. If you want a dependable, comfortable daily trainer, these are hard to beat. Big thumbs-up!

These are among the very best. Overall they offer super support and you don't feel so tired at the end of the day.

Perfekte Laufschuhe, die ich auch im Alltag intensiv nutze. Tolle Unterstützung und Fußführung. Das 23er Modell ist der Jahrgang, der für meine Ansprüche und Laufgefühl das Ideal darstellt. Hinsichtlich Leichtigkeit, Laufeigenschaften, Unterstützung wie "angegossen". Lediglich bei Nässe nur eingeschränkt nutzbar...vermutlich gibt es hier andere Marken / Modelle die als Allwetter-Modell geeigneter sind. Unterm Strich dennoch 100% Empfehlung und auch optisch ansprechend.
