used to illuminate my outdoor house numbers on the southern exposure to my home. I find it is still shining on many mornings

I’ve ordered these lights a total of four different times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking that maybe I had just gotten a bad batch but no every single time the lights blow out after about two weeks of being outside and stop working do not buy these!!! You will waste your money!

I purchased this to place over my house numbers above my garage so that the address would be lit up at night. Because of the poor design, this device must receive full sunlight from directly above apparently - for it to work. It worked for a day and now doesn't even come on. I would normally return this item, but I already threw the box away. Don't waste your money on this one - go with a design that has the solar panels facing on an angle instead of directly up.

This Luhlee Solar Outdoor Wall Light set surprised me! They put out a nice even spread of light, and it is actually bright enough to be useful. I like them. There are two lights in the set, and they are made in a fairly lightweight fashion. The plastic construction might not stand up to rough handling, so I suggest the buyer use caution. They do not need to be located where children or pets might be able to get to them. Only time will tell how long they might last when exposed to the sun and weather over time. None-the-less, I simply zip-tied them to the top rail of our fence, where they could get full sunlight all day. I let them charge, and I waited until dusk, then went outside to test them out. I learned that the "waterproof" switch on the top side, next to the large solar panel, requires a long steady press to activate - more than one second and more like two. The first long push turns the light "on" at full power. The second long push turns the light down to a lower setting. The third long push will turn the light "off". When left on, they switch "off" automatically during the day and re-charge. Then the lights come on at dusk. I think the lower light setting will last most, and maybe all, of the night. The light output is a nice yellow-white "warm" color, and it is all directed downward. The light spreads out smoothly with no "hot" spots. If the lights are mounted about four feet high, then none of the direct light gets in my eyes. That is a plus, as far as I am concerned. This simple set of solar LED lights is actually helpful in illuminating dark areas of the back yard where I needed more light. I hope they last a long time!

Ok so the ONLY reason i gave these lights 4 stars is because the adhesive tape they come with don’t stick very well. They come with screws but i didn’t want to screw a million holes in my fence. They fall often and I’ve even added other types of double stick tape to them but I’m assuming with the hot sun the tape tends to melt and causes them to fall. Other than that these are great!! The light they give off is beautiful! With a full charge they last all night but some don’t get as much light because they are shaded. They were on the expensive side but in my opinion worth the money! I bought one for every slab of fence that i have. They make my yard look so fabulous, they give off a good amount of light where i don’t have to have lights on in the back at all. Love these lights!!
