Review: Very nice board for the price - I use this cutting board on top of my stove to give myself more counter space. It's a perfect fit for a standard stove. I've had it over a year now, and it still looks brand new. Very good quality. It hasn't splintered or stained. It's about 3/4 inch thick, which is good for my needs. The board is heavy, though. If you have trouble handling heavy/awkward things, it might be a problem.

Pre-treating the wood with protective oil didn't help. We repurchased this item because it was well-made and looks great.

This cutting board is large, make sure you measure exactly how big 30 inches really is, it is about the width of a standard four burner stove. It seems to be very well-made, and it is good and sturdy and heavy, I improved it by putting stick on rubber feet to give it some extra stability on my countertop even though it is heavy enough to stay put on its own, it cleans easy, seems to be very durable. I didn’t know bamboo could be made into a beautiful cutting board. But here we are. For the price this is an extremely good buy compared to other brands that are almost twice as much for the same size
