Love this, there's sooo much you can do and make with it. ITS GREAT!! Easy to use and everything turns out yummy!!!!

Bought this for ideas. Is more like a trendy cookbook. Not items the average person has on hand. I have used it & made alot of subtitutions (sp?) and is fine - after all it is virtually impossible to screw up a "smashed sandwich"

Handy Panini Cookbook
Just recently purchased this cookbook. So far I have enjoyed all the recipes. Easy to make, only 5 fillings or less. Includes breakfast and dessert panini.

Lots of ideas for paninis
Accompanied a nice panini maker I received as a gift. Nice idea book. Many recipe combinations require ingredients not readily available, or at least I dont keep in the house. I will reference and make substitutions to taste. It should be helpful.

Best Panini Recipe Book
I have used this book for years. Every Friday night is panini night at our house. Despite what another reviewer said, all the panini in this book are grilled. Every. single. one.

A great gift with a press.
I bought this book as a gift with a panini grill and the recipient loved it--particularly a recipe with Fontina, tomatoes, and asparagus.Breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert are all covered with this little gem of a recipe book!
