It's not too harsh on the gums, and the peppermint taste is natural, and it just feels good. It's so far my number 2 floss. It's thick enough where it can get to stuck food, but it's not too thick where you can't even get in between the gums. I'm glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews. This is a decent price for a good amount of floss. It lasts longer than my other floss brands.I'm a floss enthusiast, so I have so many organic flosses from so many brands. My number 1 floss brand I recommend is Dr. Tungs, but I don't like the price. It's too high. I think if Dr. Tungs could just have refillable floss, I wouldn't have to pay such a high price for floss. This is better priced because you are getting a refill, and they don't have to make another container for the floss: you just reuse it. How obvious, yet I don't see many brands doing this. That's why this is my number 2 floss right now because they are reusing the container. The container needs a little bit of work, so that's the only con. Some parts came off when I tried to refill it, and I had to put it back on, so no biggy, but they gotta work on that.I also would prefer for them to use non-nano hydhroxyapatite.But yes, don't listen to the negative reviews. This floss is well-priced for the amount they give you.
