Pillow for cervical spine support should be thinner and softer.
The pillow is too thick and hard for people with cervical disc problems. Too uncomfortable and very expensive. Regret buying it.

Desde el primer día noté una gran diferencia. Solía despertarme con dolor de cabeza, tensión en el cuello y molestias cervicales casi todas las mañanas. Sin embargo, después de usar esta almohada por primera vez, me levanté sin dolor y con una sensación de descanso que hacía tiempo no experimentaba. La espuma viscoelástica se adapta muy bien a la forma del cuello y la cabeza, proporcionando un excelente soporte durante toda la noche. Además, el diseño ergonómico tipo mariposa resulta muy cómodo para mantener una postura adecuada al dormir. En mi caso, la mejoría fue inmediata y estoy muy satisfecho con la compra.
