A: Don’t know but I would expect it to be.

**Q: We've lost our instructions. Does anyone have a copy they can share please?**
A: It's very easy to put together just look at pic ..that's what I did .

**Q: What material are the wheels?**
A: Plastic. Hard plastic :)

**Q: How do you convert the pram body to a buggy seat?**
A: On each side of the pram body there are two round buttons that you can depress. Just below each button is a small rectangular catch that you need to press simultaneously with the button to release the pram body. I find it easier to do one at a time but once you figure it, it becomes easier each time.

Arrived on time, well packed looks sturdy. Not put it together yet but seems lovely it folds easy and can be stored easily the handle adjustment is good . A lovely bright 3-1 pram for our granddaughter with the added bonus of a lovely bag to transport babies items just like mommy.
