These Boron capsules are legit. I am taking 4x to reach 12mg a day. I am taking boron for the focus in reducing SHBG and bone health; I have experienced and seen the results I was hoping for! capsules are good quality and easy to swallow.

The serving size is listed as 3g, so depending on your goals, you might want to take 2 pills to get closer to the recommended dosage. It’s still early, so I haven’t noticed any major changes yet, but everything seems solid so far. As suggested, taking a mixture of Glucosamine + MSM + Calcium + magnesium + Vitamin D + (BORON) corrected my bone weakness and joints pain, back pain... for my surprise, adding ginseng to my daily routine gave me a boost to all blood circulation, specially peripheral blood circulation, which also eased my diabetic foot problem. you still need a DOCTOR's prescription, especially with HYPERTENTION.
