Customer service is fantastic they sent me an email just to make sure that I knew what I was doing with putting them on. Even sent me a video. Each one comes individual image on little Ziploc type casing. Which to me is fantastic because the other stuff that I had came in a flimsy little cellophane that ripped apart soon as I open them up. This does not stick like it use to???** A: These are better than any other patches. I was diving in the bahmas from 7/1-7/12 and my patch is still attached (I'm waiting for my new dexcom sensors). I was diving down over 100ft as well. **Q: Do they let your skin breath?** A: They do not have any holes or anything in them. I have not have any skin issues wearing them and I have started putting them on the first day I change my sensor. I was putting them on around day 6 and not wearing them as many days as I was concerned about skin issues. I find them quite thing an I don't even notice I have it on. The bandage looking ones pulled my skin and I often felt like something was tugging on me every time I moved. I like these the best. **Q: Do this connect to the phone i was told its some like that they do** A: This is for the patch only, not the transmitter and/or sensor. The clear adhesive holds the sensor on better than the white tape that comes with the sensor and is more flexible than the bandage looking ones. They are also easier to take off than the bandage looking ones and do not leave any sticky residue. Highly recommend the clear patch to hold the sensor on for the entire 10 days. I have already knocked a sensor off by bumping it on my desk at work. The clear patch prevents that from happening. As for the Dexcom G6 yes they connect to iPhone through an app and you can also show your readings on your iWatch (if you have one). The G6 comes with sensors, transmitter and device to obtain the glucose readings. I do not carry the device as I always use my phone and watch. You change the sensor (that's the clear thing with the white tape) every 10 days. It is so easy with the phone as you can just take a photo of a bar code and the new sensor is all set up and ready for insertion. Very easy to insert with the push of a button and I believe less painful than a fingerstick and you only have to put a new sensor on every 10 days - no more fingersticks! **Q: Can this work for breast lift under swimsuit** A: I don't think the Dexcom sensor patches would work for that, but look into gaffer tape. Gaffer tape is similar to duct tape, but with less sticky residue. It's meant for securing cables on a stage, but when I bought some on Amazon back in June, most of the reviews seemed to be about how Kim Kardashian said it was good for use when one is wearing strapless, backless gowns. I found that to be information I didn't need, but it might turn out to be what you're looking for. 2" gaffer tape comes in many different colors, and 3" in black, brown, gray, and white. They DO stick really well. The last sensor I removed had one of these on it. I will say that I was in a hurry when I put it on and didn’t trim my tummy before I applied the sensor and this over patch. Oh boy. That was painful to remove. Lol. But that’s a good thing. I do tech service for a company that makes adhesives/glues. So I should know better than to apply an adhesive patch (that can last for 10 days on human skin) over hair. I usually trim (and I’m not very hairy) before I apply these. And normally they peel off - taking a little effort, with no pain and no damage to the skin. But fair warning! They will pull hair that is longer than about 1/4 inch (5 or 6 mm). I’ve had no problem with them causing irritation. They stick well. They are easy to apply (they do include instructions - if you don’t read them and don’t get it right, that is YOUR problem. Don’t write a bad review because you don’t read.) I will continue to order these. Now, one thing I know from having done tech service in adhesives for 25 years is that not everyone reacts to things the same way. That is NOT the fault of the patch manufacturer. If your skin develops a rash when it comes into contact with this adhesive, that is unfortunate, but NOT anyone’s fault. It doesn’t mean this is a bad product. It just means it isn’t the right product for you. For all the people claiming it’s a poorly designed product, that’s like someone who is allergic to peanuts saying that peanuts are poison. No, they aren’t. That’s just the way things are. Sadly, no company can figure out what will work for every single person on the planet. They have to do the best they can to make a product that bonds well to most people’s skin, and doesn’t irritate or harm most people’s skin. If you aren’t “most people,” that is an unfortunate circumstance, but at the end of the day, it is YOUR problem and not anyone else’s. Don’t be so ego-centric to rant over what a “horrible” product it is and maybe keep someone (like myself) from being able to use these helpful over-patches. Just say they didn’t work for you, state why, and move on.
