A biological dentist recommended this product because it provides seven types of magnesium and so if my body didn't take up one form, another type was available. My quality of sleep has improved and elimination in the morning feels comfortable.

Good product

I used to spray magnesium on my feet and legs to stop cramps but it barely worked. Bought these and found they are good for cramps, around 98% for me, also the early morning trip to the bathroom has been extremely welcome for my constipation, but did nothing for my sleep.However, the expense of £58 a month is far more than I can afford, after realising that I would need two bottles per month, so will be looking out for some other magnesium that will hopefully work.

Doesn’t work for me sadly.It hasn’t helped my sleep or cramps.Considering the cost I won’t be buying again.
