Whopping MOTU story Goodness
Got this volume on sale for about 1/2 the list price, and it is worth it. Tons of fantastic art, and great interpretation of the MOTU universe and story telling. Brings in all three major factions of villians, Skeletors and his minions, Hordak and the Evil Horde and King Hiss and his Snakemen in a long ongoing plot. Cross over with the DC comics Justice League and much later after the main story there is even a Thundercats cross over, and what 80's kid hasn't wanted that their entire lives! There are even classic comics from the 80's to round it out. This thing is huge and an awesome collection.

By the Power of Grayskull!
Just received this massive tome and I am blown away! The dust jacket is very attractive, but the artwork on the book cover itself is simply fantastic! Flipping through the pages reveals incredible artwork and the print quality and paper stock are excellent. I was never able to collect the individual comics collected in this book, which made this even more attractive to have them all together in one resource. There have been many versions and visions of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe through the years, and the artists and writers showcased here all bring their unique styles to this beloved franchise in vivid color. If you have previously read the comics collected in this book, this may be a fun way to have them all together for easy reference. But like me if you have been a long time fan and never read these comics this is a dream come true. These artists dial up the action to maximum and offer a fresh new version of the heroes and villains of Eternia. The original mini comics included with the 1980s action figures offered various adventures and histories for the characters, where these modern stories ratchet up the realism to a more mature, modern and genre blending fervor. The classic mini comic stories of the 80s are available in a separate book whereas this omnibus is the modern DC comics stories and touch on other DC characters like Superman as well as the Thundercats. All true MOTU fans or anyone who appreciates scifi fantasy should enjoy this collection. Would make a great gift for the He-Man fan in your life.

Freakin Awesome!
I grew up with He-Man and She-Ra. Watched the cartoons, had a lot of the toys. Didnt really know about the comics and only knew the general story/plot about Eternia/Etheria. The new stuff was absolutely atrocious, total disrespect to the source materials and original fans. I bought this book on a whim. It blew me away. I couldn't put it down. The writing is superb. The dialogue and banter was hilarious without being annoying. The plot was excellent. Learned a lot more about the lore and backstory. Its too bad there isn't more material. There were cliff hangers and plots left unfinished. If you were ever into He-Man/She-Ra, definitely get this. Absolutely worth every cent.

A Whole Collection To Read At Your Own Pace...
This was an excellent buy and worth the price of it, I can read this whole run and complete it with the final Injustice crossover without having to track down every single issue. My only problem is that this book is HEAVY, as in if you want to take it somewhere you'll need a back pack to carry it, otherwise your arms will feel like noodles after a while. All in all it's a worthwhile purchase for any fan of the series as it also includes printed versions of digital comics and other one shots that show origins and side stories that connect it as a single universe.Totally recommend it, an excellent addition to your collection. Buy it while you can!

Excellent!!!
Recently I watched the She-Ra and the Princesses of Power series by accident; so I had a nostalgic snap...and also I had heard that the DC comics were pretty decent with retelling the MOTU myth; so I started doing a fast research and it was on wikipedia that I found out that this edition has everything published by DC, except Injustice crossover; which is fine for me. So I blindly ordered it and I am completely satisfied; plots are not brilliant; MOTU never were deep or brilliant; but the art is good and exquisite sometimes; after I finished the reading, you can have hours of fun just studying the art; besides it is cool to revisit these characters after so many years; if you are a fan or you were a fan; this is the perfect choice for you!!!!

Story
The story is well written for us who grew up watching He-Man. It was also interesting how He-Man and the Masters of the Universe traveled to another dimension and team up with the Justice League. A must have for He-Man fans.

Massive comprehensive volume of DC's He-Man series
The good first. This massive volume (over 1500 pages) is a comprehensive collection of He-Man stories from DC. The main story arc is from the 2010s reboot and includes He-Man and the Masters of the Universe series 1 and 2, He-Man: The Eternity War, Masters of the Universe Digital Chapters (all 1 - 8), Origin of He-Man, Origin of Hordak, Origin of Skeletor, and DC Universe VS the Masters of the Universe. Other stories included are He-Man/ThunderCats (1 - 6), and the comics from 1980s DC including DC Comics Presents 47 (Superman/He-Man team up), Special Masters of the Universe preview (Superman appearance) and Masters of the Universe (1982) 1 - 3. Personally, I like the reboot version from the 2010s over that of the original 1980s. This edit comes in a sturdy hardcover. The pages are thick and meant to last. The artwork (from the 2010s reboot) is fantastic and color jumps out of the pages. The 2010 reboot version incorporated She-Ra as part of the He-Man mythos and not a separate add on (from the original 1980s introduction). I love it that I can read the entire run all in one place and in one sitting. However, be aware that this volume is over 1500 pages and weighs over 5 lbs. Carrying it around is probably not a good idea.

Great Collection !
Great collection of all the modern and some classic DC Comics interpretations of these characters. Quality, thick paper with vibrant colors. Although thick, the binding is top notch so careful handling should prevent lost pages. Worth every penny for fans of the franchise to get an adult take on their childhood heroes.
