Customer Service at Pure Brazilian is phenomenal.
* Update July 2023 * I have been enjoying my Pure Brazilian products in the travel size so much that I’ve recently ordered the full size bottles. It leaves my hair more soft and manageable, plus I like the scent. The scent isn’t offensive like other brands. The travel size has provided me with more than a handful of washes, conditions and deep conditioning treatments since May on my long and thick hair. Still plent left for additional usage. Check out their website, too as it has a plethora of information and tips. . (May 2023) I contacted the company by email and they responded with a phone call with wonderful information and an additional call from their distributor representative, as well. High Fives with that alone. Already have gone above and beyond. Looking forward to trying the products that’ll arrive any minute. *BTW, I reached out to the other big brand BB a couple of months ago with pictures. They have never even responded. Guess who’s winning my business from now on? Pure Brazilian. I love that PURE BRAZILIAN offers these travel size bottles (Brazilian Blowout does NOT). Smoothing my hair so-as not to scare. LOL!

Great products, but bottles leak
I love these products and was pleased to find them in smaller bottles for travel. The bottles are not sealed like the full-size products, however, and some of the liquid leaked out into the bag during shipping. I cleaned them up and made sure the lids were on tight, but they still leaked while in my suitcase - not a good quality for a product designed for travel.

Good bye frizz
Amazing product. Yes it's pricy but it really works. I'm a wavy frizzy girl and this tremendously decreases frizz

Didn’t stop the frizz
Smells great. Travels well. The conditioning masque is super nice. But the other three products didn’t impress me. Hair was still super frizzy, and didn’t moisturize well.
