Great bike, crazy how affordable these things are nowadays. Was easy to set up, when putting the wheel on, turn the bike upside down and balance it that way and it becomes 10 times more easy. It helps also to just pull up a YouTube video and watch a setup tutorial. Comes with a phone holder and charger, you can download mph apps with gps to use while you ride. Bike is slightly heavy but folds up very small to make it very compact. Battery seems to last a very long time. It has a removable battery for making charging easier if you want to leave it outside or make it lighter to carry. It has a very wide seat that adds comfort. It comes with a set of keys, one for the battery removal lock and one to turn it on. The Seat adjusts really high for taller people, Im 6”4 so I put it way up and Im good when just using the accelerator but when I pedal, I have to tilt my knees way out to pedal, but it works. The pedal assist works great when you are just taking your time, you just begin to pedal and then about a second later, it takes off on it’s on. I find myself using this a lot when I’m just riding leisurely. Be sure to inflate the tires to about 30 psi before your first ride, it will drastically increase power and speed. Great for work or just play. Because of the small scooter size tires, it’s not exceptional off road or on very bumpy surfaces but works amazing on smooth pavement or tarmac or sidewalks. This is an amazing buy for the price, welcome to the age of e-bikes.

I work at a nearby hospital as a nurse. Traffic was adding a lot of extra travel time to my commute, so I decided to buy this electric bike. I love its appearance it looks modern and heavy-duty. My husband assembled it for me, and it only took him about 30 minutes. It arrived pre-charged and ready to use, which was a big plus. I really like the adjustable seat; it’s very comfortable. The ride is smooth, stable, and easy to maneuver. I park it at work with a lock, and I’m not concerned about its safety because it has a key for both the switch and the battery. Plus, our bike parking area is for employees only and is monitored by cameras. Overall, it’s a great bike, and the price is very reasonable. I’ll update my review after a month of using it.

This is a great e-bike! Our neighbor owned it first, and then we bought it because they had a good experience with it. The neighbor has owned it for over a year with no problems, and we have owned it for over 3 months with no problems. It is big enough for my 12 year old and a friend to ride on the back. The wheels are heavy duty. I ride on it frequently as well. It is well built for the price, and well worth the money! The battery charges fast and it lasts a long time. My son and I are very happy with the overall quality.

I purchased this for my son’s 13th birthday. It wasn’t hard to out together and was exactly as described. It’s a bit smaller but It folds, and the steering wheel and seat are height adjustable. It locks in several places, so he feels like he has a little alarm system. It’s a good product. Very durable, easy for him to carry, and has an extra see for a passenger!

Bought two of these bikes for my kids ages 10 and 13. We LOVE them! They are sturdy, safe, and easy to ride. The bike fits the kids but also my husband and me. They were a breeze to put together too. Unfortunately, the kids each lost the battery keys so we couldn't remove the battery to charge. I wrote the Seller and they were AMAZING to work with!! Super prompt, kind, and helpful. I didn't think it would be easy to get new keys but I was wrong! I highly recommend this purchase.

The company sent notification with the package to contact them for service after the sale, I’ve emailed the company twice and have not gotten a response so Customer service receives one star, I ordered two bikes and one ride perfectly although the other arrived with damages, but because it was Christmas Eve and I had to put the bikes together I had to put it together the best that I could, but it was absolutely damaged. As others have stated in their reviews, this bike was extremely difficult to put together and the instructions were horrible as it was just pictures and arrows with no words at all, which makes it very difficult when they’re putting together a machine that goes 20 mph that you’re fixing to put your children on I am very disappointed in the response from this company in regards to this very expensive. When buying from sellers that ask you to contact them direct I have generally found it to be very helpful. Although with this company, they must not care so much about Customer service as they do about selling their bike. When I do finally hear from Customer service I will update this review. I will say that the one bite that came in perfect although still very difficult to put together works great and my older son loves it. My younger son would love his if he actually could ride it without worrying about the seat, falling off or the bike falling over. All in all good bike but if you need Customer service, you can count that out. I recommend you’re going directly to Amazon. Just wanted to update you, the company definitely does not care, they have not reached out and it’s been over a week now. I had a talk to Amazon Direct and they took care of everything, still would NEVER support this company again. I am also sending the bike back that worked, not with the issues!!!

The tire doesn’t fit perfectly so it squeaks.
