Awesome City Scooter, Worth Every Penny!
This scooter is perfect for my daily commute around the city. The dual suspension eats up all the road bumps, making every ride super smooth. Solid tires are a game-changer, I don’t need to panic about flat tires ever again. It folds in one second and slides right into my car trunk with zero fuss. The motor has enough power, and the battery easily covers my daily travel route. Dual brakes feel dependable, I always feel secure while riding it.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I don’t know how long of a review I can write so I will try to shorten this as much as possible. I know the price of this is enticing compared to other scooters out there, but do yourself a favor pay more money and get one that’s not a piece of junk. I bought this in October 2025 and my son opened it on Christmas Day 2025. Worked good for about eight weeks and then the end of February. It started showing a wrench on the screen. I googled it at first thought we could maybe fix it, but then realized we could not. I reached out to the seller on March fifth 2026, asking them about this issue. The communication is sometimes a day or so apart they always respond to me at like two or three in the morning. They’re obviously on a different time zone so I don’t get their messages until the next day most times. On March 5, 2026 they responded saying that it was the motor. They didn’t give me any reason as to why the motor would already not be working, but said that I needed a new one and that they could ship me one, but I would have to install it. I was not comfortable with doing that but he was telling me at that point that was my only option. I said OK fine send me the motor. on March 12, 2026. I messaged him back, asking him where the motor was because I had not received the tracking number he said he would send to me when the scooter motor was shipped. They replied with the motor being out of stock and I believe that was on March 14, 2026 and they had no idea when the motor was going to be In stock. They could not give me any estimation on when that motor would be available which I thought was unreasonable because if it’s five months from that point when you’re going to have a motor that’s unreasonable I contacted Amazon and they exhausted all they could do which was reaching out to the seller as well because it’s a third-party company. It wasn’t sold by Amazon. Amazon suggested I just ask for a refund since there was no estimation on when the motor would be available so I did that on around March 20 20th or maybe 26th. I can’t quite remember, but the seller replied saying that the warranty time had passed on a refund so at this point, I have no scooter. They have my money and my son rode the scooter for eight weeks. The seller suggest I send them the scooter and let them put the motor on because it’ll be quicker because they’ll have the motor at their warehouse. He tells me it will take 15 days at that point I have to send the scooter. The seller suggest I send them the scooter and let them put the motor on because it’ll be quicker because they’ll have the motor at their warehouse. He tells me it will take 15 days at that point I have to send the scooter. I’m still in communication with them because I don’t want them to think that they can just keep this scooter and get it ready whenever they want so they keep telling me they’re going to get with the warehouse and get the scooter done because at this point we are getting to the 15 days. After reaching out again, he finally says the scooter is being shipped. I received the scooter back today. It is working right now, but I would be seriously shocked if it is still working two months from now. I bought another scooter at the same time. I bought that one from a different seller for my younger son and that scooter has not had one issue so buyer be aware do not buy from the seller. You may not even want to buy this brand but either way the seller was unreasonable in many ways not great with communication and it could be all volpam scooters are just crap. It definitely makes me hesitant to buy from any third-party seller on Amazon.

Powerful, Stylish & Reliable – A Great Everyday Electric Scooter
This is one of the best Electric Scooter from VOLPAM. It came in a very good packaging. I was able to assemble it with easy, instructions were very clear. From the look and feel, you can make out that this one is very well made. Esthetically looks very beautiful. It has 500W motor which delivers very strong acceleration. Top speed is 22 mph which is good enough for daily commute around the city or if you are riding to nearby work place. Battery does charge pretty fast in close to 4 hours. It has good suspension which makes ride pretty safe. Smart App is very intuitive. No issue with that/. Overall, I will say its well balanced electric scooter which combines power, comfort and smart features-ideal for everyday commuting.

What I've been looking for in a scooter
Before I write the whole review, I own a NIU KQI2, great scooter but is a bit heavy and big for me. So after doing some research and watched some YouTube reviews on this scooter I took the risk. Very cheap E scooter but handles pretty good. Much lighter at 27lbs, chuckable in the car or when I need to fold and carry it. Gets good enough range I can hit up almost every place in town on a single charge, 12.5 miles on sports mode. Handles better on the road than I expected with it's solid 8.5 inch honeycomb tires, road vibration don't seem to travel up the handlebars as bad as several scooters I've tried so far. This scooter manages 19mph with a 350watt motor which is impressive, pretty speedy for a budget scooter. The locking mechanism for the handlebars is a tested proven sturdy design and doesn't flex much when I'm riding which is reassuring. Has a companion app, though I must warn you it's not the best, though functions enough for me... Just don't lock your scooter with the app, a lot of people are having difficulties unlocking their scooter after locking it via app... You have been warned. Very compact and easy to store in my rectangular room, you in a small space too, this one doesn't offend much. Very easy to just set up and ride, just be careful of its full capabilities, test ride it before going full throttle. A surprisingly good scooter per cost value, would recommend for someone looking for an inexpensive beginner option in my opinion. One thing I will complain about is the handlebars width is rather stubby, for a 34yo 5'8 person it sketches me out a lil bit on windy turns/bad bumps... Had at least one of my hands slip off the grips cause of it twice. Just be cautious of that and you'll be fine

Good for student life or for fun
Good little scooter that I’ve had for about 6 months or so and I love the 10”solid tires and the 500w motor which will take my large frame uphill at about 19 mph which is a big improvement over the 8” wheels with the 350 w motor. I use it every day and it has lasted through several rainy days and with that my only complaint would be the gaskets which seal the wiring inside the tube constantly come loose and I’m worried about moisture getting in and the charging port is below the deck and the gasket for that constantly comes loose and I worry about moisture getting in the charging port and one time it did give a weird maintenance required light but tha was a few weeks ago and everything seems okay with little to no sacrifice I’m performance. On level ground I can get up to 31-33 mph according to the scooter’s electronic speedometer. Instead of a horn you get a bell and you get one nice big LED floodlight. The brake lights flicker when the line handbrake is pulled. Folds up quickly and fits in the seat next to me (I stand it on its front wheel) on the bus! Pretty heavy though even for me and I’m pretty big and strong maybe not heavy just kinda big and awkward to lug around but for storage and mobility (also fits in most uber trunks) it’s great. Easy to use and to set up I think I just fastened the handlebars on this one with the included tool. Good for teens and experienced adults who can handle that speed though it does have three speed settings but I always have it on Sport which is the fastest setting.

Absolutely love this scooter
I absolutely love this scooter! It’s easy to assemble and folds up quickly, making it perfect for daily commutes and short trips. Acceleration is smooth, the motor is powerful, and it handles small hills with ease. The battery life is also impressive—it lasts even longer than I expected on a full charge. The brakes are responsive and safe, and the ride is stable and comfortable. I especially love its stylish design giving it a unique and modern look. The app connection works seamlessly, making it easy to check my speed and battery level. It offers incredible value for the price. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and fun electric scooter!

Great Riding Scooter, but Poor Battery Life.
I am currently living on South Padre Island, which only has about a 6 mile stretch of buildings and things to do. I bought this scooter for the purpose of commuting back-and-forth around the island which is a 12 mile trek there and back. I am 5’9” tall and weigh 185 pounds. The Eco mode will only do 7 mph and the normal drive mode will only do 11 mph. Both of these are useless to me, which only leaves the sport mode to ride in. Sport mode will reach 22 mph on the screen, which is great! The only problem is, you can only get about 12.6 miles out of a fully charged battery running it on sport mode. This means every time I go out, I barely make it back with a dead battery that needs to be fully charged again. On a positive note, the scooter looks very nice and rides very comfortably and smooth. It handles well as long as you keep 2 hands on the handlebars. The app is very basic and basically not of good quality. The only thing I used the app for was to do the initial set up to maximize my speeds and torque output. After that, I used it to turn on the cruise control mode. Once the cruise control mode is turned on, the scooter responds very well with automatically setting the cruise after you have held the throttle for five seconds or more. The only problem is, every time you reboot the scooter and turn it back on. You have to go back in the app and turn the cruise control mode on again because it will not remember it from the first time. It feels plenty big enough for me, to include the foot area and handle bar height. Unfortunately, I believe I’m going to try and return it because it will not meet my daily commuting needs. I will be forced to buy a much more expensive scooter that has a longer battery life.

*UNSAFE*ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT*
Purchased for my 13yr old son for Christmas. Because of the weather and our location he wasn't able to ride right away. Finally in a place without ice, mud, rain puddles he was able to ride about 10-15 times and suddenly it last ALL 4 MAIN SCREWS from the main verticle pole. This allowed the handle bar to completely pull out on my son while riding it!!! He wrecked, but fortunately was fine. For that short time riding the braking was fine, easy to collapse and carry, a little awkward to carry and slightly heavy for portability. I OBVIOUSLY RATE THE SAFETY AT A ZERO! ANd there is NO cruise control... Now, the 4 screws are nowhere to be found and the bike will not charge or turn on.... ***I contacted VOLPAM customer support to get the screws and whatever is needed to get bike charging and working again.*** THIS WAS 2 MONTHS AGO. I have been in steady conversation with them since. They only read messages in the middle of the night. First, they sent 4 screws. Ok hiw does that help me to charge the bike? Then they were to sebd me the "dashboard unit" and wants me to fix it. (I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED IT). THEY SEBT 2 PKGS TO MY OLD TX ADDRESS even though Amazon has my LA address and I have given Volpam my good address aboutv4 times now. They also forwarded me an absolute terrible UTube video on his to fix it. The video had no audio and you could only see the man's hands and what he was doing about 50%of the time! I FINALLY received the main verticle pole with nothing else in half wrapped condition. Had to send them pics showing this is all I received. They are supposed to be sending me the "dashboard" unit. Then he provides me another tracking#. I quickly advised this# is identical to one used prior by them to my old TX address!!!! I told them. He responds he gave the warehouse my good address.... what?!?! Look Sir, that tracking# was already used and went to my old address what doesn't he get? I told him to read ALL the prior communications we had... In the middle of this I reached out to the EXTENDED WARRANTY I purchased for some kind of help... what a joke... they do NOTHING if it is still under Volpam warranty timeframe. Tried to get Amazon Support - all they do is sebdcyou back to Volpam. SERIOUSLY!!!!! So here I am 2 MONTHS LATER WITH A BROKEN, UNSAFE SCOOTER THAT DOESN'T CHARGE OR TURN ON.... NO HELP FROM VOLPAM... NO HELP FROM EXTENDED WARRANTY... NO HELP FROM AMAZON.... AND SERIOUSLY F*&$ING PISSED OFF!!!! ***DO NOT BUY THIS P.O.S.***
