The Positive of this machine the ice cream is delicious as advertised. Customer service answers all your queries. The Negative is machine is noisier than expected. Instructions are some what a little vague. Our machine seems to like to freeze when in cooling mode so cannot get any ice cream until machine switched off for a while. Have had a few overflows even when following the instructions. Cleaning mode needs to be used several times to get clear water through and when removing parts for a thorough clean make sure all liquid is out because it can get messy.

Excellent machine, instructions could be better, automatic cleaning not fully comprehensive
This is an excellent machine. It is very straightforward to use and produces great ice-cream. I'm really happy with it over all. I have given 4 stars instead of 5 because of two shortcomings:1. The instructions are very poor: they are not fully comprehensive (idiot-proof) and there is a random element to the order they are organised in. Additionally, the text is so small that it is a challenge to read, especially the numbers in circles.2. The "automatic cleaning" function isn't fully comprehensive. If you follow the instructions, it requires far more than 5 cycles for the water to run clear, which is tedious. The automatic cleaning function is adequate for leaving the machine overnight. If you are going to leave it out of use for longer than a day or two, you need to disassemble the unit fully to clean the parts properly. With experience, I have developed my own process for cleaning and have documented it so that I don't forget in the long periods between use, so now cleaning is pretty straightforward.I was going to upload my assembly and cleaning instructions document here for others to use, but unfortunately only image or video files are accepted.

Really like this machine. Ice cream to die for at the push of a button/handle. Easy to operate, clean and assemble. You can even use half amounts, just adjust the freeze time. Can not praise this machine enough.
