If you go beyond that motor overheats and don’t allow you to do anymore. 2 *** Worst after sales service: only after 3 months of use motor burnt. And I’ve raised a complaint in dec 2023 and still it’s not resolved. Keep in mind: Technicians false promises/misleads you about repair. Even they close the complaint without resolution.

Amazing product with stylish look and alluring product. along with that designing of the grinder is unique. it is very easy to use and install. fully automatic feature is also make it unique. it is very safe to use. Furthermore, it includes 2 jars one is small and another one is big which is properly working and it is used in my daily routine. it is one of the best product to get the things in the span of time. it is washable thing and very easy to clean. we can make all kinds of juices and shakes in the big jar and in the small jar we can grind and every kind of sauces.

Before purchasing I checked the reviews. There was mention of problem of overheating, smoke and burning smell reviewed by a verified customer, unfortunately I ignored this factor and since the beginning this exactly happened in our case. Now it whizzes but does not blend. The quality of jars look like plastic toys. Very inferior quality. Returned to my older blender/grinder. Now waiting for customer support.
