Spreads easily
Tastes nice, spreads easily, is supposed to help with your health. Read the packet, you only need so much each day, any extra and you are just putting expensive spread on your bread with no benefit. The price fluctuates wildly between 2.5 and 3.7 so watch out for when its priced "correctly"
