I mix this in my morning shake with greens powder, metamucil, and a splash of apple cider vinegar. This supplement is the only thing that worked for me. I hate that it's so expensive, but now that I know that it works... it's permanently in my day to day routine.

I’m in prep for bodybuilding, and that takes a toll on the GI tract. I started using this yesterday with a scoop of the greens and a scoop of protein powder. Tastes delicious, mixes easily (just a basic shaker bottle ) and within about an hour my discomfort and bloat is going down. Can’t wait to see what this is like when used daily. This will definitely be part of my regimen going forward.

The taste isn’t great, but I made the mistake of mixing it with lemon water and apple cider vinegar and that made it so much worse. It actually goes down better on its own with just a little water. Even though the flavor isn’t the best, the results make it totally worth it. I’ll definitely keep using it and would recommend it to anyone needing a gut reset.

Don't usually write reviews but I found this product from a YouTube bodybuilding channel. I started making a daily drink to aid with digestion using this, fiber, greens powder, glutamine, ACV, aloe and lemon juice. Ever since then digestion has been pretty good, no bloating, no heavy feeling. Could be the combo of everything but I feel this really plays a vital role in the drink.

This product is fantastic. It has done wonders in restoring my gut health and is a daily essential for my 10/10 recommend.
