I buy a lot on Amazon because of time and proximity to all the stores I like. I live about 25 minutes from major retailers that sell nicer things such as clothes, watches and Ray-ban sunglasses. Anyway I decided that I would like to have a steamer for some reason and started pricing them online and was surprised about how expensive a steamer could be. I saw this one and I figured what the heck so I bought it. It is absolutely FANTASTIC! I clean my floors, baseboards, doors, curtains, stove, mirrors, microwave and just about anything else you can imagine. It is satisfying seeing for example, example those rings that build up around your burners just melt away and wipe away like a water spill. The steam just melts everything to an easy to wipe liquid. Obviously, I love it! I would recommend this particular steamer to anybody that is looking to have one for the first time, or replacing an old one! I would also challenge everybody to think outside the box because you can use this for so many things that you never thought possible. I’ve also added a little bit of alcohol to it for sanitation purposes. I also look forward to finding new ways to use it, and will continue to use it until I have to replace it in the future. When I do replace it, or if I replace it, it will be with the same brand!

IT FREAKIN WORKS....... what do people expect for 80 bucks. I bought this specifically for cleaning my nasty plastic shower base from soap scum and dirt. I have a very high level of calcium in my water, so the door look like they were sandblasted with deposits....... it won't remove that...... it did a marvelous job on the rest. It is worth the money and it does work well...... button on the handle should have been on top as I keep shutting it off with my grip.... don't believe the neg reviews... and no I am not gonna show before and after pics.... SUPER FAST STEAM, 3 POWER LEVELS, NICE ACCESSORIES, if this doesn't work maybe you should invest in a commercial blaster of some type... can't see any one buying on Amazon that would need more than this for around the house !

I’ve used this steam cleaner on my cabinets, couch, chairs, walls, and even the shower, and I’m very impressed with how well it works. Spots that I’ve struggled with using traditional cleaners came off in just minutes, and the cabinets near my stove are finally free of that sticky, greasy buildup from daily cooking. I also like that the handle has a convenient on/off control — it makes switching between surfaces easier. That said, I did have one instance where the handle stopped responding mid-clean, and I had to unplug the unit to turn it off. The main reasons I rated this 4 stars instead of 5: The gloves included are very poor quality; the first time I put one on, it shredded immediately. The power cord is shorter than I’d like, which limits how far I can move without changing outlets. Bottom line: Despite those drawbacks, this steam cleaner delivers excellent cleaning power and saves a lot of scrubbing effort. If you’re looking for a versatile tool to tackle tough grime, it’s a great buy — just be prepared to use your own gloves and an extension cord.

I’m obsessed with this little machine! I’ve used it on my blinds, shower, around faucets, even removed the years of soot in my fireplace.. I never knew there was a tan stone on all three sides! Used on my bathtub that had nonslip mat impressions and it took them off. Love the nozzle .. Love it!

This hand-held steam cleaner is easy to use. It is effective in cleaning difficult areas in the home, from the kitchen to the bathroom. It cleans without using harsh chemicals or abrasives, preserving the finish on things being cleaned. It has become a “must-have” for home maintenance to me.

The cord doesn’t fit the plug on the machine. In order to get it to work at all I have to hold the plug to use the machine or it just falls out.

So happy that I purchased this steam machine. I have used it to clean, grease and gunk off of my automotive parts. I have used it to clean the window blinds in my house. And I have used it to clean the soap scum OFF MY SHOWER glass door I am very happy with this product.

I must say that this machine works well and I have no complaints about that part. I am very disappointed that I am missing a nozzle that turns out to be pretty important for attaching the brushes and other nozzles. I have to but another kit for that one piece that should have been included. Now the kit is unavailable. I would assume bc everyone else who purchased this figured out what I did and had to buy that kit. I can only use some attachments now.

Works great and has some nice attachments. Once out of the box, doesn't go back easy. And the storage bag is ok. I did buy a storage bin to keep everything together. Overall, 9 out of 10. Well worth the purchase.

Works pretty good for the money

It would be minus 12 if possible! No not buy BEWARE. this item is poorly made used once the nozzle just keeps turning and falls off while using. Plastic threads on metal just keeps turning and, it never tightens. Tried steaming a wall with the cloth. Nozzle was falling off almost got scalded by the steam escaping from the nozzle unscrewing. DO NOT BUY.mine is unusable. Basically garbage. Very unhappy.

Really not powerfull its good only to clean in a small area, the steam is not strong
