( I always get better results when I use 70% cocoa or higher} but in a pinch chips can be used ...pour hot milk ( not boiled) over chips ...cover for 5 minutes .. don't peak! Uncover and mix with a whisk......there are several recipies on the internet...look up ganache made with chips ...good luck!
