Very good so far for the money

It works as it should

DO NOT BUY. Although i wasn’t expecting the best for this price. This was the. worst item i have ever bought. The top tray sits so low and knocks against plates underneath. My items were never clean even on the longest cycle. It then stopped drying and a fault was coming up that it was blocked. I then cleaned it all over. Every part including all filters and pipes. I then reset dishwasher and still had fault code and wouldn’t dry. I contacted the seller who said they would collect and give a refund. I was told to wrap dishwasher for collection so ordered some thick plastic wrap sent them a picture to be told it wasn’t good enough and to bubble wrap. I then bought bubble wrap and wrapped it again to be told it wasn’t good enough and i needed to put it in a box. Which is nearly impossible for me to do and i told them this at the very beginning. I then said i’m contacting amazon to sort it. Who issued me a refund straight away and sorted it after looking in to it. The same day amazon sorted it and the seller received my message all of a sudden the packaging was ok and they wanted to collect. Which was to late and only after they realised i was contacting amazon. Very poor quality item and even worse customer service. Avoid at all cost. I have learnt buy cheap buy twice.

With the caveat that this is not a particularly expensive machine, I would like to make the following observations. The typicl was is an eye watering 4 hours. The cutlery basket sits at the back of the machine meaning that the draw has to be fully open to use it, given this is likely the most used item, this is more than a little irritating. It is easy when walking past or opening the door to turn on one of the functions. The draw runners appear weak and offer too much 'play'. The issues could easily be designed out but it is almost as if it has been designed to look and feel cheap. It does offer excellent value for money but, would I buy another one? No, I would sooner pay a few pounds extra for something that has been thought through.

Delivered yesterday and used once and all good. Quick wash and all came out clean and shiny. Recommended

Cheap construction, feels poorly made. Strange spacing between shelves, there isn't enough space to put dinner plates on the bottom shelf without them hitting rotating washers above stopping it from cleaning. The delivery company this seller uses is also poor, 3 delivery dates I received without it arriving and very poor communication with them (arrow XL).
