Great chair for the price. If you have lower back issues, read my review.
The seat cushion is great. Not too soft or too firm. The mesh back is supportive, good quality, and does not flex as much as I thought it would. Which is a plus. My only complaint is the lumbar support. It does not retract enough and causes my back to hurt the next day.*Disclaimer* I had a lower back injury ~17 years ago that is now starting to affect me. Without said injury, I doubt the lumbar support would bother me.

Great chair for my home office
So happy with this chair! I am a little on the shorter side, so having it be adjustable is great, so that I can ergonomically fit. The lower back support is very solid, and as someone who works from home and sits for 8+ hours a day, it really does the job and keeps my back happy. The armrests can move up and down, which is really great because I can push the chair all the way in when I’m not using it and that helps to save a ton of space in my living room. Overall, this is definitely something I think it’s worth the money and for the great price I feel like it resembles more expensive models.Lastly it is easy to assemble and doesn’t take more than 20 minutes

Almost tall enough 34" inseam
I like the chair, especially for its sale price. I have long legs (34" inseam) and normal sized chairs are uncomfortable to me. I searched for chairs with high max seat heights, and picked this one. In stock form, it wasn't uncomfortable, but I gave it an extra inch by swapping the 3" wheels from my old chair onto it and now it is wonderful.Assembly was easy. Bizarrely they give you an extra one of each bolt (good), but they included one less washer than was needed (bad).I really appreciated that there is 3-4" of arm rest width you can set when assembling. I'm tall but not fat, and am glad they could be set correctly for me at their narrow setting. (At their wide point, they are plenty big if you are near the 440lbs weigh limit)The lumbar support isn't bad but hits an inch or two lower than it should. The arms rests and neck rest do not lock into place, but rather click into various positions. At least once a day, I move against them hard enough to move them out of position and have to reset them. Not a bad chair. If you aren't ready to pony up $400+ for a perfect chair, this is a B+ chair that will suit your needs for a quarter that price.

Solid base on this office chair
Ergonomic office chair with a very solid metal base. My previous office chair, after many years of service, had cracked at the insertion point of the cylinder with the (plastic) base. I'm not anticipating that same experience with this chair. Included wheels are a step up over your average office chair and should be fine on hardwood floors. Most all of the features you would want on the chair are here - the head adjusts, the lumbar support is good, the assembly is straightforward. My only complaint, such as it is, is that the seat material is not all-mesh, but rather your standard cushion type, which I've found gets compressed all too easily after a year or two - time will tell on this one.

Don't fall for the video
Horrible instructions. None of the parts in the box are labeled. Instructions says it takes 15 minutes to assemble. More like 2 hours and im no rookie. I assemble stuff all the time and it's not my first time assembling an office chair. The only thing good Bout this chair is the color pattern. It's not as comfortable as video makes you believe. I'm 5'7 155lbs to put things in perspective. You'd do better with a chair from your dining room table because the wheels have 0 security and fall off every time you roll or attempt to put 1 on.They do not fasten in place. They are not secure. The overpriced chair is trash

Easy to Assemble
This chair is perfect for the office environment and super easy to set up.The paperwork said it would take 15 minutes to assemble, however, it took 45 minutes. There is no way something with that many parts would take such a short period of time unless you put chairs together consistently. The product is exactly what we expected and we thoroughly enjoy it, thanks!

Very comfortable
I like how comfortable it is more than anything and the price is perfect for the quality of the chair. I work from home and spend a ton of time sitting down so the adjustable lumbar support is what I most needed. When I sat down on the chair I was very surprised how comfortable it felt. Recommend this chair for anyone who games or works from home.
