It's difficult to find a product that can nourish the ends without weighing down the roots and making my hair look lank, but this one does the job if applied carefully. I rub a 10p-sized dab of it between my palms, then apply to the very ends of towel-dried hair, before blow-drying or leaving to air dry. Used this way, I find it reduces/prevents tangles, and keep my ends moisturised and protected from central heating, winter air and other drying effects. The gel cream itself has a good thick smooth texture and a very mild, pleasant fragrance.
