Q: Is it safe to use in a combi Oven & Microwave?

I only used mine in a Webber BBQ which went up to 500 degrees so I think it would be good to put in a oven.

Q: Can it go into a pizza oven which can get quite a bit hotter than a conventional oven? What temperature should it be able to withstand?

Hi yes I believe so. I think it’s good up 500F 260 c I use mine for sourdough & regularly pre heat it in the oven to 300’c - the key is to never put a cold stone in a hot oven

Q: Can you use baking paper on it?

Yes you can, I do when I bake my sourdough bread. I just cut an oval from a baking paper and move the dough to the paper and then on the stone. It does not burn or anything.
