Literally holds the Google Mini perfectly with little effort to attach it. All you have to do is press the Google Mini into the opening and it holds it in place. Next the storage of the wiring is flawless, you push the cord into the slot and it fits perfect! There isn’t any slop as the slot is unsized to allow the cord to sit snug to not to fall out. Other products out there have a oversized slot and the cord is able to move around in the slot so it just falls out. This is important because you don’t want to have to hold the cord in place when trying to plug it in because it will unspool and won’t allow to to install the assembly flush to the outlet or you have to put it back in the slot over and over again because it won’t stay in place. I have attached an image from my base for my Google Nest Hub Max as an example of poor design and engineering execution as the cord just falls out of the base.
