It can be difficult to chose something you have never tried before. So I want to share my experience of this scooter with you. I purchased this scooter for personal use for work in a large warehouse to limit down on my 25 to 40 thousand steps per day due to both time preservation and aching feet. First of all, the box the scooter arrived in is very tough. The scooter was packaged extremely well and it showed that a lot of thought went into its protection. The seat will turn left or right a little bit if you don't tighten the adjustable clamp as hard as you can. Once tightened hard, it should stay put. The scooter seat is comfortable if you adjust the pitch of the seat to the proper position for your comfort. The scooter has great acceleration! Its handling is good. The scooter model that I purchased is the P7, 1200W, 30 mile range with 14 inch air blown tires on 3 spoke rims. I really like the get up and go it has! Its fun! This scooter has a throttle exactly like that of a motorcycle. There are no separate speed settings, no computer control board on it. It only states battery power remaining. So, all you have to do is twist the variable speed throttle and it will move as fast or slowly as you decide you want to go, up to the max 20 mph speed of course. It gets up to top speed fast! Its got very smooth acceleration. Very sturdy construction! Great kickstand! Outstanding brakes! Lights you can turn on or off with a button on the handlebar and a well built sturdy tough basket on the back. I really like it! Its a fantastic scooter that I use all day long, five days per week.

Having been a happy Caroma electric scooter owner for the past two years, I didn't hesitate to purchase this new 15-mile, 560W version. While my original (and much-loved) 25-mile, 819W model is no longer available in my area due to local battery regulations, this new scooter has proven to be a fantastic option for my shorter commutes. Right out of the box, the experience was impressive. The scooter was exceptionally well-packaged, ensuring it arrived in perfect condition. Assembly was a breeze, made even simpler by the thoughtfully included tool – a small but significant detail that speaks volumes about the user experience. What I particularly appreciate about this new model are the user-centric improvements. The dedicated button for the front light is a fantastic safety feature, offering quick and easy illumination. Furthermore, the upgrade to LED indicators on the display is a game-changer. It’s remarkably clear and easy to read, even under direct sunlight, a definite advantage over my previous LCD screen. While the 15-mile range perfectly suits my typical 5-mile trips, the reduced battery capacity is something to consider if you require longer distances. However, for urban commutes and short errands, it performs admirably. My past experience with Caroma's customer service, though not lightning-fast (it took a few days for an email response), was ultimately positive. They effectively resolved my issue with my first scooter. Based on that experience, I'd recommend being as detailed as possible in your initial inquiry. Including your order number, a comprehensive description of the problem, and any relevant photos or videos can significantly expedite the resolution process. Overall, I'm delighted with my second Caroma Electric scooter. It retains the quality and ease of use I appreciated in my first, with smart, practical upgrades that enhance the riding experience. If you're looking for a reliable and well-designed scooter for shorter distances, this one is definitely worth considering!

The seat is a pain to try and adjust it moves even after tightening not a good reliable design. The pipe moves that seat sits on even after tightening The bell on the handle bar is useless. I am going to try and get a better seat at bike shop for it. The key is all the way at the bottom where the battery is at. Definitely cheap inexpensive to avoid wiring. I was trying to find the tire inflation and it looks like that is 35 psi or so. Will update this more after i get it outside and ride. Shame seat is uncomfortable and a bit unstable. Beware there is no telephone support the website gives phones to non-existent support. . I be called the company and they design toliets. The are multiple web pages indicating that number . All support is via email you ask a simple question you get back canned response send pictures and video. The manual doesn't tell you were to plug in the taillight wire. I watched a couple of videos no one says anything about that either. Disappointed at their lack of customer service phones like they have product supprtm. Beware if you purchase one the seat issues. I'm shocked FTC has not stopped the company as the seats can cause a serious accident being unstable. It may flip you backwards and throw you off balance I test drove the scooter I was impressed with the speed. I purchased a large new seat at bike shop which is what it needs to come with. There customer support is only available to by email. It took multiple attempts to get where did the brake cable comnect to. The cable assembly is in a bundle that comes from underneath.chasis and has a connector to plug it in. Do not expect customer support you just get a runaround send pics and video till they wear you out so they don't do nothing. They do not do returns contrary to the Amazon purchase agreement. There is a language barrier in trying to communicate via email. You get same response over and over send pics and videos. I never received a shipper to send the scooter back. Just email hell and run around.

◾ Llevamos ya varias semanas usando este patinete casi a diario, para desplazamientos cortos y de ocio en pistas durante el fin de semana, tanto mi hijo que pesa unos 25 kg como yo que peso aprox 80 kg. ◾Tengo varios patinetes: dos patinetes de tres ruedas, para iniciación de niños y otro para adultos, este de dos ruedas grandes, no sabría decir el diámetro, fabricado en aluminio, plegable y manillar regulable, más cómodo para mi estatura. ◾ Y he aparcado este último para no soltar este modelo de Caroma. ◾ Cada vez que lo utilizo, se agradece la sensación de robustez calidad, quería un patinete que pueda aguantar todos los golpes que pueda darle tanto mi hijo como yo, y que al entrar en pistas con desniveles no me choque la parte media y no pueda rodar con tranquilidad. ◾ Justo ayer bajando una cuesta de esas que te obligan a frenar sino quieres bajar como una bola de nieve, con escalones, varios obstáculos y mis 80 kg de peso, ya a cierta velocidad los giros iban bien, el freno perfecto a pesar de la inercia de mis 80 kg, y la base perfecta para tener buena estabilidad en cada salto. ◾ Los puños son cómodos después de haberlos probado durante tardes entera, sin llegar a marcarte las manos o mostrarse incomodos. ◾ Que el CLAMP sea por construcción de 4 tornillos, punto favor, es evidente que el romper por esa zona será muy complicado. ◾ Rodamiento ABEC 7, perfecto para la velocidad que va a alcanzar, mirando diferencias entre los 7 y los 9 las tolerancias dimensionales para la velocidad a la que se rueda me dice que son casi inapreciables, para nivel usuario que es el mío, y no profesional. ◾Desde que le he empezado a dar uso las ruedas no han sufrido un desgaste acusado, aun habiendo usado freno en rampas y descensos prolongados. He rodado por pista y el tamaño de la base para mi parecer es perfecto, la plataforma antideslizante cumple su función. Incluso probando ambos subidos al patín ni se resiente el rodaje ni tampoco sus características ◾Por mencionar aspectos para mejorar que son meramente estéticos: La pegatina del manillar que lleva impresa la marca ya se está despegando, y llevo varias semanas de uso, y a la vista podría no hacerle toda la justicia que se merece este patinete por su calidad de fábrica. Personalmente, pero ya son gustos, el dibujo en la imagen antes de pedirlo me parecía chula, pero cuando lo tienes varios días, el dibujo realmente usan colores apagados, fríos, que una vez se ensucian, aun menos se ven. ◾Y de una temática que no refleja en sí, lo que pudiera gustarle o aquello con lo que pudiera identificarse un niño de edad comprendida entre los 8 y los 11 años. Cambiare el dibujo por algo con colores vivos, energéticos. y un diseño de dibujo que , bueno trasmita sensaciones, sean de velocidad, de aventura , no sé , no es lo mismo un coche de color gris que otro de color naranja con llamas flameantes por los laterales Y por que no, también para los puños, colores vivos. ◾ En fin un patinete digno para los policías de HAWAI 5.0 para que puedan trincar a los malos y retiren esas bicis de los años 80 de hierro, que ya bastante tute llevan .

Il monopattino in questione della CAROMA è un buon prodotto per far divertire i propri bambini e avvicinarli al mondo dei mezzi a ruote. Le saldature fatte sul monopattino, come quelle del manubrio, sono avvero bruttine, mentre la pedana ha un design accattivante e molto "street", oltre a essere molto "gripping", cioè permette di mantenere saldo il piede. Il manubrio è girevole a 360 °C ed è facilmente montabile grazie alla chiave a brugola che stringe bene le viti, molto comoda. Le ruote scorrono facilmente e sono ben montate, se pur è utile lubrificarle di tanto in tanto (così come tenere sempre pulito il monopattino). Forse non sento particolarmente robusto il manubrio, ma è pur sempre vero che è il bambino poi ad utilizzarlo. Un altra pecca è che l'altezza del manubrio non è regolabile. Sicuramente un prodotto valido e consigliabile, specie per bambini dai 6-7 anni in su.

J'aime vraiment beaucoup cette trotinnette électrique ! Commençons par le début : bien faite, avec des matériaux de qualité, l'axe et le plateau sont top. Le montage est sans aucune difficulté. La mise en route également. Simplement à suivre la notice. La première utilisation est très agréable. Le plateau est large et permet une très bonne stabilité. Les amortisseurs sont vraiment d'une utilité considérables comparés à d'autres trotinettes de gamme équivalente. Un vrai bon point. La batterie tient la charge annoncé d'environ 30 km. Cela dépend aussi de l'utilisation. Sur surface majoritairement plane, aucun soucis. Un peut moins sur de la pente. Enfin, une puissance assez intéressante qui se sent dès le démarrage, on dirait vraiment un coup de boost. En mettant deux trotinettes côté à côté, celle ci démarre vraiment immédiatement et mets directement une bonne distance. J'aime trop l'utiliser en laissant la voiture de côté ou dans un parc relais de tramway et partir promener

Super trotinette qui se manie facilement un peu d'entrainement pour un enfant de 3ans .Je recommande notamment le vendeur et son service client pour leur réactivité et professionnalisme en cas de problème.
