I applied these to my external brick stair case after finding black mold form in my closet behind it. I simply used a spray bottle by hand. It worked great, easy to apply. After having this applied, whenever it rains, I compare my stairs to my neighbor and I definitely notice my brick stairs absorb less moisture from rain. The hardest part was the prep work, to remove all the algae and scum off the bricks and stair steps before applying. I didn't have a power washer, and did most of it with a brush attached to a drill.

Product is very good . The sprayer was junk .

I can't tell if it's working or not. I have applied it twice and really see no difference.

I'm writing this review several months after applying this sealer. I installed a brick veneer backsplash behind my kitchen stove. This sealer was easy to apply, had a clear matte finish that didn't alter the brick or grout colors and thus far has kept moisture, water/cooking steam and food splatters from staining the brick. Very happy with this product!

It is an OK product. Results not very satisfactory. Hard to tell the effects after only a year.

Repels water and the brick looks brighter almost a wet look. Easy to apply with sprayer.

Worked great to protect my chimney for another year.

Thumbs down for this product. I don’t know how it’s going to seal the bricks . Waste of money
