So I love theses. I don’t understand the reviews that are like they are hard to use, and don’t have good instructions, okay yea why would you need good instructions in todays world, I used ChatGPT for my instructions, and it was helpful, the product itself A. Is super cute, you can barley see them so they aren’t like bulky, and honestly look like really small earrings and are cute, B. I feel like they have worked since I got them (disclaimer I did get them today) however I have terrible headaches/ migraines and today was one of those days that I had really bad ones (nothings works for them either, like medicine) and within 30 mins of me having them on my headaches went away and I even noticed my stress levels go down a little bit. C. THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT. I understand some people would prefer instructions be provided however, ear seeds are very universal thing and pretty much you use them just how you would use any other brand so I really don’t feel that those comments/reviews are like very accurate and honestly necessary because you can just look it up and I looked it up and it was helpful and it’s taken away some of my pain so I’m very very happy with this purchase and it comes with a lot which is also a plus very much worth the money. (In the photo they are the very small looking dots), I also looked up what spots are best for my needs which anyone else can also do.

I've never seen such stylish ear seeds before. To be honestly, I've never applied them myself, but my acupuncturist and kinesiologist has occasionally sent me from my appointment with ear seeds, so they intrigue me. I'm battling a lot of stress and cortisol issues at the moment after 2 pretty significant losses in my immediate family (mother and late term loss of baby boy). I am doing all I can to try and destress and be a more patient, calm mama and wife, and of course for my own healing journey! This kid comes with quite a bit, though as-is, I would say it's not for the beginning acupressure layman like myself. That said, it is almost 2026 and we have endless resources available to us. I've watched a number of videos and found diagrams, but in all honest, I've asked the professionals for guidance in what I should be doing with these. I've worn them a couple of times so far after consulting and get lots of compliments from folks telling me they love my new piercings. :) The designs are fun yet classy so I can get away with them in my professional job. They work well and stick pretty good. Not quite as good as the ones used by my professional body work folks, but almost as well. I've had most stick for about 3 days, and 1 that stuck for 2 days. One I scratched off completely forgetting it was there, but the others have stuck even when I invertedly scratched them. I am a "tosser" and "turner" side sleeper, and they seem to stick pretty well. If it seems like they might be losing their stickiness, I remove them as I don't want them to end up in weird places, although in all honesty, my body work folks tell me to automatically remove them after about 24 hours anyway, so I usually do that.

Ive used ear seeds forever. Thought I'd try these as they were pretty. Well the pretty part slips out of the adhesive seal and you're left with a boring plain (silver!) seed. Ic I wanted plain, or silver, I could get a lot more for the money. Extremely disappointing.

Easy to apply and sticks for the most part. I am fearful of them falling into my ear drums and getting them stuck so they don't work for me. I don't think the paranoia is worth the potential benefits

I ordered 4 of these for my mom and sisters for Christmas and none of them came with the brass acupuncture probe Wich almost defeats the purpose. And Amazon is not helpful on fixing that issue. Idk what to do to get that fixed before Christmas. So sad because these are so cute and kinda pricey that they didn’t come right.

The 'map' for the location on where to put the ear seeds aren't really clear. I like using it when I need it for my stomach.

I have some experience with acupressure ear seeds, with a family member who has cancer and another with autoimmune disease, both seeking pain relief and having success. I thought I’d try it myself and selected this kit. In addition to the ear seeds, this kit included all the necessary supplies - a metal probe, metal tweezers, instructions, and an ear chart. The metal probe is nice and the tweezers are decent. The instruction page and chart were incredibly difficult because I only speak English, and most of it was only in Chinese. There was far too much for me to use my phone to translate. I had to go online and find something I could understand, which was disappointing because the listing says they’re in English and Chinese. The print is also very tiny and hard to read. The stickers were sticky enough to last 2 days and 1 night. It was a bit tricky to grab them with the tweezers; I felt like the tips were too big to slip under the sticky part without folding on itself. I’m not sure I had them placed correctly due to the poor instructions & chart. That may be why I didn’t find them effective. They didn’t seem to make any difference. I’ll need to look for more charts & instructions and try again. This is not a beginner kit but would likely be fine for someone who has already used them for a while and knows more about placement.
