I love cooking with this tallow. Knowing that this tallow comes from cattle that is grass-fed and grass-finished, on local US ranches, makes it so much more valuable in my cooking rotation. I love how versatile it is from cooking my eggs in the morning, to basting my steaks, to even cooking some chocolate chip cookies! The texture is very fluffy and feels like a high-quality cooking fat. I can't recommend this tallow enough!

Fantastic clean product you can use for everything from cooking to personal care. Tallow (we called it lard) is the only way to go for your cooking needs. It replaces seed oils which can be very harmful, and you can't beat tallow for bringing out the best flavor of foods. It's easy to use, tastes great and is the best for cooking, period. The value could be better, but this company does seem to be a tad more fair with their pricing on this product. Tallow is grossly overpriced in the market.

I didn't order this, Amazon somehow put it into my order, wouldn't cancel it, let me send it back, or refund. I was stuck with it. It's pretty good stuff. Doesn't give a strong taste but a subtle flavor. If it wasn't so expensive I'd buy it. If you're wanting to just try it, or you're a normal user of this type of thing. I don't think you would go wrong with this.

This is my first experience with Tallow and I went with this brand because it's grass fed and finished. I am trying to stay seed oil free because of the health benefits, so this fit the bill. I love how you don't need as much of this as when you cook with butter, it's amazing how it just melts like oil but is not oil. I am pleasantly surprised with it and am very happy, I've even purchased two more jars so plan on using it in place of oil as long as I can get it. I used to make this myself but lost my source of fresh tallow. This product is perfect. Delicate light scent and nice texture. I use it for skin care. Highly recommend.

Second time ordering.. first time jar was sealed this time nothing! As much I as enjoyed the first one this one is going in the trash!! Will find a different vendor.
