I believe some people are mixing it wrong and that’s the problem. You want a consistency of a liquid shampoo not a paste. 1/4c with 1c of water or 1/3c with 2c of water depending on how much hair you are shampooing. For my liquid I typically use 1/2 aloe vera juice and 1/2 water. I’m a licensed cosmetologist.

Worst product it will make your scalp dry itchy and flaky not recommended to anyone
