I purchased these step up ring adapters based on it's specifications and on other's product reviews. They are well designed and very functional. I highly recommend this product and merchant. Review: I don't use mine anymore, too hard to remove, too easy to damage your optics trying to unscrew them - Yes, they work, but I don't use mine any more because they are almost impossible to unscrew. Applying a little oil to the threads before using them helps, but even then, if you tighten them down very much at all, good luck on unscrewing them. After too many times of struggling to back them off, I cut my losses and stopped using them. If you want to adapt something permanently, then they are fine.

Yes, they work, but I don't use mine any more because they are almost impossible to unscrew. It's a step up ring, good for making 55mm things work on 52mm things.

One of them I was able to screw on, the other would only go on 1/4 turn, and tight at that. I tried to see if it could be worked on, but it just became hard to remove and when I did get it off I could see where it was grinding up the threads and there was powder residue from the damage. If I use it I risk damage to the threads on the camera and risk the filter falling off and getting destroyed. There is also no ribs on this adapter so it is hard to grip to remove. Fortunately the second one would screw on and I can use that one. I have read the reviews of other brands and they all sound like poor quality.
