Use for chocolate syrup chocolate ganache and chocolate brownies. I would have given five stars except it is a bit pricey. Would buy again however.

Great for this Fudge Recipe
Used them for a recipe - Peanut Butter Fudge - Melt 6 bars of White & Semi Sweet Choc Bars ( Separate ) - mix in 1 jar of Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter( 16 oz ) - into Semi Sweet until chocolate is like silk - pour into pan lined with wax paper - pour White chocolate in Semi Choc/peanut butter and swirl until you get a desired look - Refrigerate for 4- 6 hours - so good !!!!!!!!!!
