Heard and seen amazing things so thought id give it a try 2 bottles in yes ive noticed a difference in my skin & nails and after a recent knee ligament injury less pain however the biggest is the amount of hair im losing just running my hands through my hair would come out in clumps ! Bought because of the overall good reviews. Having tried them for 3 months there was no significant improvement in my knee joint pain. I assume the effectiveness would vary from person to person.

Très bon produit je suis ravie ! Ma peau est plus élastique avec un teint plus clair effet bonne mine. Pour ma pars j ai la peau très déshydrater j ai essayer beaucoup de sérums aucun effets mais depuis que je prends se produit l hydratation est comblée du matin jusqu au au soir je suis bluffée !! Je n est pas encore de ride donc je ne vois pas si sa fais effet voir avec le temps... J ai fais une cure d un mois et je vois le changement, je recommande !!
