Does the makeup remover balm have a heavy or oily texture?

Well I think while ur applying it yeah it does feel oily and slippery, if U follow the directions anyway. But U are supposed to rinse it off after putting it on anyway. I mean is it says to rinse right after applying it everywhere U need it. But once it's rinsed off I think it makes my face feel a lot softer then it did before I washed, and not oily at all for me personally. I hope this helps, and I do recommend this product I have really enjoyed using it so far, its awesome at removing the makeup of course as well.
