**Q: How long to bake banana bread?**
A: I bake my Banana Bread at 350 for 40 minutes. Most times when you use a dark pan you would bake at 325 degrees, but the note I put with my pan from the last time I used it I wrote to bake at 350 for 40 minutes. You should always start checking about 10 minutes before your time is up because ovens can vary in temperature even though you think you're baking at such & such temp.  Happy Baking!!!

A: 2" wide 3 3/4" long 1 1/2" tall

**Q: Do baked loaves release easily without sticking?**
A: I have never had a problem with a Nordic Ware pan sticking if I first treat the pan with the recommended butter, shortening and flour, or Baker's Joy flour spray.  Also, let the cakes settle for at least 10 minutes before turning them over to release.  If you find a stubborn one, just leave the cake turned over on the cooling rack and it eventually releases with no issue.

**Q: How much batter does each cavity hold?**
A: About a half of a cup leaving room for expansion.
