Pros: I mean, this stuff WORKS. For us, anyway. Cons: Any liquid with simethicone (active ingredient in Gas-X) would probably do. Check prices for the best deal, as they fluctuate. There's no solid scientific evidence that simethicone actually works, but a 2017 study showed that 94% of parents who used it agree that it helped. Bottom line: Simethicone supposedly works by breaking the surface tension of gas bubbles in the baby's belly so they all turn into one big bubble, making them more likely to pop. I'm a veterinarian and this is roughly identical to what we do for bloated horses and cows. Works great for my newborn, too.

I tried several products to help my baby with gas and colic and nothing seem to work. I tired infacol and it worked wonders for baby almost instantly, we noticed a difference within the same day, baby was more settled, I would recommend this for colic and gas it's excellent, I don't know what I would of done without this. The only problem is that the bottle is extremely small and doesn't last long at all, however it's an excellent product.

This product is not eligible for replacement or refund. It arrived open. The seal was broken and the box is smashed. Waste of money. I am not giving to newborn open product !

It works! The only gas drops that worked with our son. It has double the concentration of simethicone at a very good price. All his night bottles has gas drops so it gets pricey pretty quick. This made it more sustainable for us.

I used so many different colic stuff out there to try and help the little one, but nothing worked as well as Infacol. I used it with the first born and had to get it for our second son, who NEEDEd it! Worth the shipping cost, and have ordered a couple more. Worked so fast. I LOVE this product and highly recommened it to everyone!

We usually use milicon, but opted to use this because I seen recommendations on tik tok. Listen, this stuff SUCKS. I threw it away after trying it several times. He screams like he's dying when I give him this, and i tried giving to him directly and in his milk. Didn't help at all, it makes him so much worse. 0/10

Amazing and helpful

I was using a different gripe water with limited results and so tried this one, within a day I seen a huge improvement, baby hates the taste of this product but the results are so much better
