Excellent. Good quality and do the job nicely.

Works a treat to transport Mounjaro pens, they have probably a wider temperature range than insulin but nevertheless I would not want the content to get much above 10 degrees especially as I tend to get 6 rather than 4 doses from a single pen so it is open slightly longer than recommended. The temperature readout does seem to be in line with the fridge setting so I am comfortable of the accuracy. The colour is nice and discrete with the readout sufficiently sized for someone whose sight is not as good as it could be too so I’m very pleased overall.

I bought this cooler case for travelling with my insulin pens and it has been a great purchase. The build quality feels solid and well made, with a strong zipper and durable material. The digital temperature display is really useful and gives peace of mind knowing that the medication is staying at the right temperature while travelling. The cooling packs last for several hours when frozen properly and the inside insulation does a good job of keeping everything cool. It’s compact enough to fit in a bag without taking up too much space, yet roomy enough for a couple of pens and some small accessories. I’ve used it on long days out and short trips and it has worked perfectly every time. It’s a practical and dependable item for anyone who needs to carry temperature-sensitive medication.

Does the job

This is not fit for purpose. If I was insulin dependant I could be dead. I am on a bio logic treatment. One used for certain cancers. Relied on this to keep injections between 2-8 Deg. I had 4 HR night flight then air con taxi for 20 mins. When looked at temp it was 16 Deg. Has given me massive problems as could us injections. DONT buy the if you life/ health depends on the med content
